پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثر شیوههای مدیریت مشارکتی منابع انسانی بر نوآوری بنیادین با میانجیگری اشتراک دانش در شرکتهای دانش بنیان استان تهران میپردازد. روش تحقیق این مقاله همبستگی-توصیفی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. ابزار جمع آوری دادهها، پرسشنامه و جامعه آماری تحقیق، کارکنان شرکتهای حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و نرمافزار از نوع تولیدی 1 و2 شرکتهای دانشبنیان است. در مجموع 769 شرکت و نمونه آماری تحقیق شامل 261 نفر از کارکنان این مراکز است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار Smartpls استفاده شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد ارزیابی عملکرد بر نوآوری بنیادی در شرکتهای دانشبنیان تاثیر معناداری دارد، آموزش و انتخاب بر اشتراک دانش تاثیر دارد و مابقی شیوهها بر نوآوری بنیادی و اشتراک دانش اثر معناداری نداشت.

The present study investigates the effect of human resource participatory management practices on radical innovation mediated by knowledge sharing in knowledge-based companies in Tehran province. The research method of this article is correlation-descriptive and applied type in terms of purpose. The data collection tool is a questionnaire and the statistical population of the research is the employees of information technology and software and production types of knowledge-based companies are 1 and 2 , which have 769 companies in total. The statistical sample of the research includes 261 employees of these centers. Structural equation modeling and smart pls software were used to analyze the data. Findings show that performance appraisal has a significant effect on radical innovation in knowledge-based companies, training and selection have a significant effect on knowledge sharing and other methods have no significant effect on radical innovation and knowledge sharing.
