Abstract :
Today, every organization needs capable employees to develop and survive. The current competitive environment of organizations requires effective and efficient employees to be able to achieve their goals for growth and all-round development. Therefore, the present study seeks to understand the model of professional training of employees and provide its dimensions and components. It is in the form of antecedences and consequences. This research is of the developmental-applied type in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of data collection, and exploratory in terms of data certainty. Dimensions and components of professional training of employees were extracted from 16 sources. The results of this analysis included the identification of 36 basic themes, 8 organizational themes, and 2 comprehensive themes of antecedences and consequences.
