Abstract :
This study was conducted in 1999 with the aim of investigating the intellectual evaluation of employees of technology companies in Khorasan Razavi province to the status of training (QQ method). The census method was used to determine the sample size and 20 experts were selected. Open interview tools and scorecards were used to measure the research variables. 5 key questions and 3 items including human item, structural item and relationship item were used. SPSS software and QQ method were used to praise the variables. The results showed that propositions 26 (idea support), 6 (entrepreneurial skills), 27 (attracting the best employees of technology companies in Khorasan Razavi province and experts), 13 (solving the problem of experts), 5 (teaching skills), 25 (resource management) Human), 21 (strategic plan) had the highest score. The lowest scores are 29 (computer and internet), 37 (continuous, stable and long-term relationships), 16 (problem-solving ability), 11 (general satisfaction with the state of education), 42 (contracts), 41 (communications within companies) Technology) belonged. In this study, 19 propositions related to human discourse, 16 propositions related to structural discourse and 14 propositions related to relational discourse were extracted. In this study, the proposition of supporting the idea was the most agreeable. The opinion of the employees of the technology companies of Khorasan Razavi province on the situation of training in the technology technology companies was positive and the result of the received scores was generally positive.
