بررسی و تحلیل شیوه های آموزش بهینه در تاثیرات آموزش مجازی

  •   چکیده مقاله به فارسی : در عصر حاضر و بر اساس تجربه حاصل از آموزش در ساليان گذشته بايد پذيرفت که آموزش الکترونيکي يک ضرورت محسوب مي گردد، چرا که اين روش بسياري از محدوديت هاي معمول در آموزش فيزيکي را حذف کرده و با افزودن شرايط شبيه سازي شده کمک آموزشي، محيطي ايده آل و آرماني براي انتقال اطلاعات آموزشي را فراهم نموده است. موضوع اين پژوهش نقش آموزش مجازي در تعليم و تربيت است. اگر چه تا ديروز، آموزش تنها از وجود مربيان و معلمان بهره مي گرفت و کتاب به منزله اصليترين منبع اطلاعاتي در آموزش محسوب ميشد در حال حاضر وجود ابزارها، روش¬ها و محيط¬هاي جديد آموزشي، شيوه هاي جديدي را به وجود آورده است. از جمله اين شيوه ها ((آموزش الکترونيکي)) است كه به طور معمول در آن به نقش بنيادي آموزشگر بی توجهی می شود و تصور بر اين است که معلم در اين نظام به اندازه آموزش سنتي اهميت ندارد. اين مقاله به روش اسنادي و به صورت تحليلي- مقايسه اي به ارائه مجموعه اي از راهبردها و فنون کاربردي مي پردازد که کاربست آنها در افزايش کارآيي و اثربخشي معلم و بهبود کيفيت يادگيري فراگيرندگان در آموزش الکترونيکي نقش مهمي برعهده دارد.
